At ZURU AI, you’ll work on next-generation products that leverage LLMs, LoRA techniques, and generative pipelines to tackle real challenges and deliver value across ZURU’s global divisions. This is not a research-only role : we move fast from idea to demo to product. You’ll join an international team that drives AI strategically, turning generative concepts into real experiences used by designers, engineers, and creators worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, prototype, and implement Generative AI systems (text, image, 3D, and multimodal) that enhance ZURU’s internal tools and workflows. /li liExperiment with LLMs, LoRA, diffusion, and agentic systems, adapting open-source and proprietary models for practical use. /li liTranslate research papers and emerging techniques into working demos with measurable impact. /li liCollaborate with UX, OS, and frontend teams to bring your models to life inside real products. /li liBuild and maintain internal tools, datasets, and pipelines that accelerate experimentation. /li liOccasionally support broader ML or Computer Vision initiatives. /li liShare learnings and foster an AI-first culture through internal sessions, docs, and experiments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3–6 years of experience in AI engineering, with proven hands‑on work in Generative AI over the past couple of years (text, image, or multimodal). /li liStrong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or ComfyUI. /li liSolid understanding of transformer architectures, fine‑tuning, LoRA, and model adaptation. /li liFamiliarity with LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or similar orchestration frameworks. /li liAbility to quickly move from concept to prototype, iterating fast and documenting results clearly. /li liEnglish proficiency (B2 or higher) and comfort working in a global, English‑speaking environment. /li liCollaborative mindset — curious, humble, and eager to learn and teach within a tight‑knit team. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExposure to model evaluation and benchmarking practices. /li liExperience bridging research to production (deployment, monitoring, or scaling pipelines). /liliSome C++ familiarity for integrating AI into high‑performance applications. /li liBackground or interest in ML or Computer Vision. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou’re an AI enthusiast who loves exploring new models, frameworks, and ideas. /li liYou understand both the science and the craft of AI — reading papers, experimenting, and building. /li liYou see every model as a starting point, not a limit. /li liYou thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team and want your work to have tangible impact. /li liYou believe in our motto : “AI is not the final destination, but a tool that empowers us to foresee possibilities and shape the future.” /li /ul p€40,000 - €48,000 a year /p h3What we offer /h3 ul li⌛️Flex Time : you can decide when to work from 6 am to 10 pm.
