Role Overview:

* Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in Italian
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
* Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
* Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:

* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Willing to relocate to Greece
* Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
* EU passport or Greek residency card (mush tave)
* Relocation package: flight, ~2 weeks hotel, airport transfer, housing support
* Full-time contract
* Base salary + performance bonus
