DescriptionWe're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Theatrical Marketing team in Italy. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for film releases in Italy ensuring smooth campaign implementation and cross-functional coordination.Key job responsibilitiesCreative Coordination & Trafficking Manage print and AV campaign localization processesOversee creative approvals, clearances, and delivery for marketing campaigns in ItalyCoordinate digital and offline local campaign traffickingMaintain relationships with media collaboratorsManage internal tracking tools and dashboards Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Marketing and Content Marketing Managers to ensure campaign alignmentSupport marketing initiatives, events, and activations in ItalyTrack and process marketing budgets and purchase orders for local campaignsFacilitate communication between internal teams and external collaborators Analysis & Reporting Prepare and maintain marketing reports and presentationsConduct competitive analysis and market researchTrack campaign performance metrics in ItalyCompile and distribute local campaign insights About The TeamThe applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include further pay components where applicable. Your recruiting team will share final salary, depending on skills and requirements.
