Forghieri S.r.l., specialized in building cabins for industrial machines and in the production of tempered glass, panels and curved glass, for automotive, construction and furniture industries, seeks an Operatore Addetto al montaggio for the assembly department with high manual content.
Responsibilities
* Perform varied assembly activities in the mounting department, including bonding finishes and gaskets on glass panels to be assembled into door and window frames, and assembling accessories (handles, gaskets, windshields, etc.) on glass panels at a stand with use of keys and drills.
* Inspect and package accessory kits and complete cabin assemblies on the line (soundproof panels, radio testing, etc.).
* Adapt to production needs; work within the same department across different processes as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Agile, dynamic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve. Reliable in meeting commitments with supervisors.
* Excellent manual skills, good reading of technical drawings, familiarity with basic measurement tools and manual machining tools (caliper, micrometer, drill, wrenches).
* Ability to approach automatic time-tracking systems and videoterminals; experience in manufacturing and comfort with software/videoterminal tools is appreciated.
* Problem solving and ability to work in a team.
* Availability for overtime on Saturday mornings and/or rotating overtime.
* Diploma di scuola superiore, indirizzo tecnico (preferred).
* Previous experience is appreciated.
