If you thrive in autonomy, love solving intricate time‐evaluation challenges, and enjoy working remotely as a freelancer, this role is for you.Role OverviewAs an HCM–TM Specialist, you will work across advanced Time Management scenarios involving hundreds of schedule types and sophisticated calculation schemes. You'll manage the full lifecycle—from requirement analysis to system testing—while ensuring seamless integration with other HCM modules.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & technical analysis of requirementsCreation of functional & technical design documentationSAP HCM–TM development, including custom logic implementationConfiguration and enhancement of Time Evaluation SchemasDevelopment of automated testsExecution of System Tests and Test Book documentationManagement of complex time‐calculation schemesCollaboration with other HCM modules to ensure end‐to‐end process consistencyMandatory SkillsDeep expertise in SAP HCM – Time Management customizingStrong command of Time Evaluation Schema, including:RulesFunctionsStandard & custom operationsExcellent understanding of Time Evaluation data structures:TIPTESSIXBALANCEExperience working in multi‐company environments with complex time schemesKnowledge of integrations with:PA (Personnel Administration)OM (Organizational Management)PayrollAbility xpavfwm to produce clear, structured technical & functional documentationSoft SkillsStrong problem‐solving mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAnalytical and structured approachHigh reliability and quality orientationExperience RequiredVery Strong experience in SAP HCM–TMWork SetupFreelancing: YesRemote: YesOccasional travel to Milan may be requiredItalian language proficiency is mandatoryPersonal data processing is part of the projectWork laptop will be provided
