**Main Responsibilities**: - Coordinates Discretionary Cash Flow planning & controlling process, interacting with all Functions involved
- Collect and validate all relevant cash flow data necessary for planning process from different local Departments
- Ensure the finalization of the Cash Flow Budget/Forecast planning process in accordance with Group Calendar
- Analyze the actual data and explain the variances vs planning (BDG / Forecast)
- Analyze and monitor the Key drivers in DCF generations (Region P&L;, Balance Sheet, Stock).
- Interacts with the Region Commercial, Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling, Administration, Credit Management, Tax and Treasury to explain deviations and Budgetary assumptions. Ensure compliance with the procedures for loading the Cash Flow data (actual and Budget/Forecasts) into the Reporting Systems.
- Liaises with all Functions involved to optimize stock management in the Polo Italia
- Interact with DCF Group function to coordinate input and analysis **Who we are looking for**: - Master Degree in Economics & Accounting
- PhD is considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Cash Flow, Asset Accounting and Investment is needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and team work skills are considered as mandatory for the role.
- Open communication attitude
- Organizational Integration and network
- Flexibility, adaptability and aptitude to teamwork
- High fluency in English (written and spoken)
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge of Fedora Platform is considered as a plus
