Job Title Customer Project Manager Fast Flow Job Description Join us as a Customer Project Manager Fast Flow, where you'll assist in the management of healthcare projects, specializing in Philips' Ultrasound, Patient monitoring, DI (Diagnostic Imaging) and IGT (Image Guided Therapy) system upgrades, ensuring successful project outcomes for diverse medical organizations in Italy. Your Role: You will assist in managing healthcare projects related to Philips ultrasound, patient monitoring, and the upgrading of our DI (Diagnostic Imaging) and IGT systems, serving both public and private medical entities in Italy. You will collaborate with a team of 5 professionals and various stakeholders, both locally and internationally. You will support the end-to-end project management processes, including project initiation, logistics, planning, delivery, installation coordination, and service team management. This involves creating agreements and achieving project objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and some other requirements. No direct customer visits: all work is conducted remotely from our Milan office. You're the right fit if you have: Bachelor's or Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field or equivalent Vocational education and experience. You demonstrate strong planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and handle multiple activities simultaneously. You have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. You are motivated to grow professionally in project management, eager to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies. You have a good command of English (B1–B2 level) in addition to Italian as local languange. Previous experience that provided an initial exposure to project management activities is highly appreciated. An economics or business background, particularly valuable for topics related to billing and invoicing. Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Salesforce will be considered as a plus.
