Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales support team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and high-quality administrative support that enables our sales teams to be highly efficient and effective.
- Activate new partners by meticulously verifying all required information for successful onboarding onto the platform.
- Provide seamless administrative support across the sales organization, directly contributing to team success.
- Process and accurately document incoming sales-related queries (calls and emails) from new restaurant partners.
- Help maintain a high service quality and delivery speed, directly impacting the efficiency of sales operations.
- Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and discussions, supporting team strategy and progress.
This is a 6-month internship with opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a goal-driven mindset, proficiency with Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Italian is required, and English language skills are also preferred. Premio points if you have familiarity with Salesforce.
Internship Benefits
- A monthly stipend of 600 Euros.
- 7 Euros per day in ticket restaurant (meal vouchers).
