Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /ppbr/ppbr/ppbYour role at KIKO MILANO /b /ppWe are looking for a bGlobal Network Senior Specialist /b to join KIKO MILANO’s Global IT Team, within the bOperations Security /b area, reporting to the Head of Technology Operations Security. /ppbr/ppSuch talent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all networking activities across the company’s retail and office locations, both in Italy and internationally. /pp The role ensures operational excellence of the corporate network infrastructure, covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Internet connectivity, through effective supplier management, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. /ppbr/ppIn particular, you will: /pulliLead and supervise network service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs for incident resolution, change requests, and network operations. /liliCoordinate the implementation and activation of network components (Internet connectivity, Cisco equipment, subnets, VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc.) for new store openings, relocations, refits and office setups. /liliPartner with the Procurement team to manage supplier contracts, including tenders, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives for network and connectivity services. /liliOversee network performance and monitoring activities in collaboration with vendors, identifying areas for improvement, capacity planning, and modernization opportunities. /liliWork closely with the Workplace team to align network provisioning with store and office lifecycle processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of infrastructure. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, standards, and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and compliance across all locations. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat you will need to succeed /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /lilib3–5 years of experience in Network Coordination, Network Engineering /b, or IT Infrastructure roles within complex or multinational environments. /liliStrong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routing, switching). /liliHands-on experience with Cisco Meraki environments and network monitoring tools. /liliProven ability to coordinate external vendors and manage multi-country infrastructure projects. /liliFamiliarity with IT procurement processes and contract lifecycle management. /liliPrevious experience in the retail industry or distributed multi-site organizations is highly desirable. /liliCisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent is nice to have /liliKnowledge of SD-WAN or cloud-based networking solutions. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWe would love if you had /b /pulliExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. /liliStrong analytical mindset combined with business acumen and an ability to communicate complex findings clearly. /liliStrong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to build innovative, data-led customer strategies. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
