What you will do - Be active part of continuous improvement of factory performances: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environment - Participate to quarterly WCM audit - Support WCM pillars in daily activities - Give active contribute as member of Education and Training Pillar, Focused Improvement and Cost Pillar - Be active part as team member of Poka Project (digitalization of operational standards) - Ensure the OTIF of improvement teams - Coach and support teams driving for the correct WCM methodology implementation Required profile: Who you are - Master’s degree student in Management/ Industrial/ Food Engineering or similar disciplines - Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken - Excel and PowerPoint proficient user - A good user of Access is a plus - Analytical and results oriented, with a solid and systematic approach to tasks - Team player, with very good communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders at many levels - Curious, committed and eager to learn and improve day after day What we offer:
