As part of a challenging project with one of our key clients, we are looking for a Process Automation Specialist who will drive the main automation initiatives to support an increasingly automated manufacturing site. The role includes troubleshooting, identifying and deploying improvement initiatives, maintaining automation systems in a validated state and in compliance with current regulations, and ensuring their capability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
* Analyze KPIs reported for production lines. Propose, execute and document initiatives to improve the performance of automated manufacturing processes, strengthen compliance, and resolve issues as they arise.
* Make queries and supervise PLC and SCADA software connecting physical manufacturing processes to systems to acquire, exchange, back up, and report relevant data.
* Establish cross-functional daily collaboration with all areas of the organization and with external parties to provide specific support related to manufacturing automated control systems.
* Provide technical support on parenteral lines, packaging lines, and utilities management, following the process from ticket opening to resolution.
Qualifications
* Master Degree in Engineering
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Nice-to-have: experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle in automation engineering and systems integration, preferably supporting a manufacturing site
* Proficient in all functional levels of a manufacturing control operation, distributed control systems, technologies and architectures. Experience with Rockwell PLC/SCADA is a plus
