Quality Control Intern Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged Quality Control Intern to join our Operations & Supply Chain Department in our Smart Factory in Trebaseleghe (PD). Your Impact In this role, you will support the Quality team in the following activities: • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting production and quality KPIs to support performance improvement and decision-making; • Supporting the analysis of production processes, identifying inefficiencies, deviations and improvement opportunities; • Assisting in analysis of production and quality issues, working closely with line technicians and production teams to define corrective and preventive actions; • Supporting quality control activities, including visual inspections, to ensure products meet required specifications; • Supporting training activities for production staff on quality standards, KPIs and best practices; • Assisting in the management and analysis of non-repairable items, including data tracking and reporting. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a Technical/Fashion discipline; • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; • Proficient in English; • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint; • Good interpersonal and communication skills; • Proactive, detail-oriented and continuous improvement–oriented attitude.
