Assembly Block Leaders
Main job responsibilities
– Availability for frequent scheduled trips in Italy and abroad (up to 5 consecutive weeks)
– Responsible for the mechanical / electrical assembly activities of assigned vertical mechanical presses
– It carries out assembly activities partly within the company and the remainder on site
– Make scheduled trips of variable duration (up to 5 consecutive weeks) in Italy and abroad (EU and non-EU)
– Proceeds with the reading of the technical drawing of the mechanical / electrical groups to be assembled and of the assembly
– Proceeds with the assembly activities as defined in the drawing, in compliance with the technical specifications and / or assembly procedures
– Identifies, chooses and correctly uses the work tools to be used for both internal and on-site assembly
– Performs the checks required by the assembly and testing checklist both internally and at the end customer
– Notify any non-conformities due to drawings, materials, manufacturing or assembly errors
– Coordinates the activities of external assembly teams on site (plays the role of Site Manager)
Level of experience
– Previous experience in the role gained on medium / high complexity plants
– Mechanical drawing reading
– Reading wiring diagrams
Education
Qualification or graduation in technical field
Computer knowledges
Good knowledge of the Office package
Language skills
Good knowledge of English
