The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of photovoltaic plant construction site activities, with a strong focus on execution quality, adherence to timelines, and safety. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate on‑site installations : photovoltaic systems, medium‑voltage (MV) connections, and auxiliary infrastructure /li liSupervise daily activities of operational teams and subcontractors /li liEnsure compliance with technical drawings and project specifications /li liConduct quality and safety inspections, and manage critical issues /li liPrepare daily reports on work progress /li liManage site documentation (activity reports, material deliveries, photos) /li liSupport commissioning and handover activities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of on‑site experience (photovoltaic, electrical, or civil construction) /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of relevant activities : structural installation, MV / AC cabling, excavation, flooring, MV switchgear /li liAbility to read technical drawings and electrical schematics /li liPossession of at least one of the following certifications : working at height, PEI / PAV / PES (Italian safety certifications), first aid, fire safety, mini‑excavator operation, aerial work platform operation /li liLeadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure /li liAvailability for extended business trips, including to remote construction sites /li liFluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 pCoverage of travel, meals, accommodation, and business trip allowances.
