Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Business Development Strategy:Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company's vision and small satellite solutions. - Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, primarily at an international level. - Negotiation Management: Lead negotiations and manage the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to closing. - Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities. - Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in the space market, with a particular focus on small satellites and emerging trends. - Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales support materials, including presentations, documentation, and communication strategies. - Brand Development: Promote the company’s visibility and reputation at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. - Reporting Management: Prepare regular reports for management on the status of business opportunities, negotiation progress, and performance analysis. Requirements: - Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the space sector, with a focus on satellites and emerging technologies.- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of satellite technologies, particularly small satellites (Small, Micro, Nano Satellites).- Education: Degree in engineering, physical sciences, economics, or related fields. An MBA or master's degree in a relevant field will be considered a plus.- Languages: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other international languages is a plus.- Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to close contracts and agreements with international clients.- Results-Oriented: Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, and manage relationships both with clients and internal colleagues.
