As International Marketing Lead for Digital Grid, you shape global messaging and demand generation for a data-centric, AI-enabled software platform. You define regional strategies, coordinate events and campaigns, and align with sales and regional MarCom to drive growth. You lead executive storytelling, enablement, and strategic launches to amplify the One Digital Grid platform across markets. This role connects planning, operations, and flexibility to advance sustainability and grid modernization efforts.

- Define and execute the Digital Grid International Marketing Strategy, including regional budget ownership
- Own international messaging and positioning for the Digital Grid portfolio focusing on grid resilience, DER integration, AI-enabled operations, and data-centric platforms
- Plan and manage international events, conferences, webinars, and executive forums
- Lead development of executive narratives, keynote storylines, media topics, and customer-facing presentations
- Support strategic offer launches in international markets with region-specific activation plans
- Drive international activation of the One Digital Grid Platform with country MarCom teams
- Lead the AMSP plan to maximize country adoption and align marketing with strategic priorities
- Build and coordinate Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting international utility pain points and key accounts
- Coordinate with Sales on lead qualification, campaign follow-up, and pipeline development
- Secure and amplify customer testimonials and success stories; lead the Offer Referential campaign to improve data quality and reporting
- Drive lead generation and marketing ROI
Responsabilità
- Proven track record in high-impact marketing with measurable pipeline growth
- 10/15+ years marketing/operational experience in the grid industry
- Knowledge of CXO expectations in the grid enterprise market; adept at storytelling
- Ability to challenge technical teams on market messaging and simplification vs disruption
- Experience developing and executing plans to drive pipeline growth
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and business insight tools
- Management experience leading marketing professionals
- Strategic mindset with ability to envision opportunities and sell a vision
- Ability to implement process improvements and drive efficiency
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, time management, decision making, and organizational skills
- Presentational experience to internal and external audiences
