ACCOUNTANT RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE SPECIALIST
The position supports reporting revenues, accounts receivable, and ICO receivable; and will take full responsibility for managing accounts payable.
Your profile
Accounts revenues:
* Sales invoicing for goods and services
* Entry of invoices on customer portals (VW, Merc, FCA, etc.)
* Entry of debit/credit notes
* Preparation of Proforma documents and miscellaneous shipments for customs
* Registration of energy charges and insertion on AdE
* Invoice balancing at month-end/revenue agency
* MRN control and shipment closure
* Support of customer master data in MDG on MP1
* Support of issuance of credit/debit notes to customers
* Proof of delivery
* Transfer of invoice data to and from the tax authority website (SDI)
* GL ledger posting and account balance checks
* Posting of accounts receivable and accounts payable ICO reconciliation and payments

Finance and controlling IT systems (e.g., SAP R/3, S/4, etc.): Advanced

Local language & culture (intercultural sensitivity): Advanced
Problem solving, decision making tools, and total cost management: Advanced
Lean production/CBS principles, methods, and tools: Basic
Communication techniques (including presentation, change management, negotiation, conflict resolution): Advanced
Education/Certification:
* High school diploma in accounting
Professional experience:
* At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting
* Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
* Experience working with international teams and understanding foreign cultures (preferred)
* First certificate in English is mandatory
