Support prioritization of key initiatives and assess risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the Site General Manager and leadership team. Analyze and present manufacturing P&L, apply cost accounting concepts. Manage capital spend, human resources, and investments. Build relationships with site leadership to improve business results. Forecast and evaluate financial performance, including business planning and cost setting. Develop business cases for strategic projects, capital expenditures, and new product introductions. Challenge business partners to improve financial outcomes. Manage a team of 3 finance professionals, including recruiting, training, and coaching. Identify and implement finance process improvements. Participate as a key member of the Site Leadership team and the IMSC Synthetics Manufacturing Finance team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with CPA, CIMA, or similar certification, with significant experience. Fluency in English; Italian and other European languages desirable. Experience in business partnering, especially in commercial or supply chain. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
