We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals with a strong customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset to join an international technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.

* Support customers via phone, email, and chat
* Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
* Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions

* Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Profile We’re Looking For
* Fluent Italian and good English level
* Previous experience in sales, customer support, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
* Tech-savvy and adaptable
Schedule
* Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts)
* 08:00 – 19:00
* 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day
