Marketing Content Coordinator
Responsibilities
Write, edit, and QA email newsletters and campaigns.
Build, schedule, and update automated email flows in Klaviyo.
Translate campaign briefs into persuasive, clear copy for newsletters, social, YouTube, and blogs while maintaining brand voice.
Write engaging descriptions, captions, and titles for social media and YouTube; collaborate with video and marketing teams.
Repurpose key selling points from videos, interviews, and meetings into blog drafts, email ideas, and social copy.
Create and coordinate content briefs and production instructions; maintain content calendars and campaign trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications
Professional level English writing skills with strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
1+ years of experience in copywriting, email marketing, content marketing, or social media production (travel industry experience a plus).
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Key Skills & Mindset
Multi-channel storytelling: convert raw material into channel-specific copy.
Organization and attention to detail; manage content calendars, briefs, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Notion, WordPress, or similar tools.
Proactive attitude, basic marketing judgment, interest in the travel industry, and ownership of recurring content tasks.
Salary
RAL 23,000 euro – 25,000 euro.
