Junior Project Manager (Associate Level)
to support the execution of key real estate projects that align with our company's vision and values.
Position Overview:
As a
Junior Project Manager (Associate Level)
, you will play a key role in supporting the project management team in delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. You will assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of various phases of real estate projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to the success of exciting development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
* Support senior project managers in the preparation of project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
* Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and progress tracking.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are met and potential delays or issues are addressed proactively.
* Help organize and attend project meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up on decisions.
* Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
* Assist in managing risks and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the project.
* Support the preparation of project progress reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
* Contribute to post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement in project management processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in real estate development and project management.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
* Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation and schedules.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments and contractors.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Internship or prior experience in real estate development, construction, or project management.
* Familiarity with construction processes, real estate industry standards, and building codes.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Understanding of sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
* Multilingual skills are advantageous, especially if relevant to the project regions.
