You’re expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot (or equivalents) to: Accelerate development cycles Improve code quality and coverage Automate repetitive engineering work Explore better architectural tradeoffs faster You optimize for delivery, not activity We value engineers who close loops, ship frequently, and measure impact.
