We believe all of our people are equally talented in their own way. About the Role We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will become part of our group IT Consumer Platform. As an integral member of the IT Consumer Platform team, you will shape the technological landscape that drives our consumer-focused initiatives. Your expertise will align project deliverables with business goals. You will steer complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, orchestrating efforts across technical and business domains, identifying dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks before they affect outcomes. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. As the IT Project Manager you will lead projects related to the Consumers IT Platform, coordinate project streams of responsibilities, guaranteeing correct implementation of the project’s plan and phases within resources, budget, time and scope constraints. You will be involved and provide updates to the Project Steering Committee and all relevant stakeholders. By covering this position, you will directly manage the most important projects in the Consumer Platform such as R&D, Product Innovation, Product Lifecycle Management, CRM, PIM, DAM, D2C, ensuring that the agreed solution is deployed according to budget and time. If necessary, you will coordinate a pool of external Project Managers. Main Responsibilities Develop project plans according to project scope, objectives and approach. Define key activities, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and identify milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with business project leaders to discuss and refine plans as the initiative evolves. Coordinate various project streams to ensure smooth execution across all project phases, involve subject matter experts where necessary, and support knowledge sharing and best practices between teams. Guide the change management process enabling the transition from project to run, including handover to the RUN organization when the project goes live. Monitor deliverables and schedules, assess feasibility, and recommend proactive solutions to address issues. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates to foster transparency and alignment. Provide financial oversight with monthly consolidation of data against budget and plan to give clear visibility to all involved. Orchestrate the suppliers’ selection process and support Procurement and Legal in contract definitions. Who we are looking for University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field; 8-10 years of experience (ideally in a multinational company). Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assure business continuity throughout the project lifecycle. Strong project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodology; ability to manage multiple projects requiring frequent communication, organization, negotiation, time management and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated skills in Risk Management and mitigation actions. Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office; strong knowledge of SAP-based solutions.
