* 1+ years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies
* Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support)
* Familiar with ticketing system
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and Italian language skills
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
* deal with stock / asset management
* provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
* provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.
Location:Milan (Central Station - fully onsite)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
