Responsibilities Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email). Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services. Provide clients with IRS support and related tax notice services where applicable. Support audit representation where authorized (Circular 230) and mentor teammates. Collaborate with the team to deliver advanced tax training and ensure client service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification. Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership). 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and working with virtual tools (video, phone, chat). Experience with tax planning and audit support. Sales and / or marketing experience is a plus. Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements; High school diploma or equivalent or higher. What you’ll bring to the team Conduct tax interviews with clients through in-person and virtual channels.
