To support the growth of this ambitious project, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and expanding team. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor warehouse stock levels and ensure timely product restocking; /li liOrganize shelving and optimize the handling, preparation, and movement of goods; setting up spaces and shelving, improving the general layout of the warehouse to optimise product picking, preparing incoming and outgoing orders. /li liManage daily outbound shipments, collaborate with couriers and freight forwarders, and act as the main point of contact for all logistics partners, continuously working to improve delivery costs and timelines; /li liTrack shipped orders and manage return processes; coordinate with the sales team to follow up on in-progress or partially fulfilled orders; /li liHandle incoming supplier orders, verify deliveries and packing slips; oversee customer returns, restocking, and coordinate with the finance team to process refunds; /li liUse order management and inventory systems daily, including regular use of barcode scanning tools; /li liIdentify and propose improvements to the overall logistics workflow, including storage, picking, and shipping procedures; /li liPrepare KPI reports to monitor performance; /li liCollaborate closely with the Purchasing, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of goods, order updates, and refund processing. /li /ul h3Main skills and competencies required /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably as a coordinator; /li liExperience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and shipping tools (e.g., ShippyPro); /li liA background in e-commerce/digital retail environments will be a strong plus; /li liStrong integrity and ethical conduct; /li liExcellent communication skills both written and verbal; /li liProficiency in English and Italian; /li liExcellent interpersonal skills; /li liBe a team player with a pro-active approach; /li liBe confident in the daily use of IT programme and Microsoft suite. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liLearning and development opportunities in an international, dynamic environment; /li liWell-being initiatives (team gym, yoga, social events, and welfare measures); /li liCompetitive salary offer. /li /ul pFurther details will be provided during the job interview. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
