What you will do The new resource, being in charge of the Digital Strategy and reporting to the Marketing Director Italy, will support our Italy Marketing Team creating a digital marketing plan, cross for all the brands and effective to meet our goals or KPIs (Key Performance Indicator). Specifically, you will: - Manage the Video, Content and Social Media Marketing activities; - Coordinate the Local Social Editorial Plan in alignment with the HQ Strategy; - Keep updated the Web Product Catalogue on our sites; - Analyse data and monitor marketing campaigns; - Optimize channels and campaigns to reach the KPIs; - Activate the Digital Pr Strategy with the development of the Influencer Campaign in line with the Brand Positioning; - Coordinate the Digital Campaign with Market Players, Trade Partners and Pure Players. What you need to succeed Requirements: - You have a degree in Marketing (or similar) - You have 5 years of experience in a similar role - You have a strong English - You are proactive, with good relationship skills, likes to work in team, wants to grow and to learn every day - You have a positive approach, assertiveness and empath Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
