HR in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to support business growth and company’s performance throughout organizational development, management of employee life-cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, right-skilling and diversity & inclusion. The National HR Specialist is part of the HR Consulting Department and contributes by providing data to support HR initiatives and drive process improvement. Focuses on HR Operations to take care of administrative duties, HR data and systems.
Main responsibilities
1. Project Management – Support and coordinate diverse and dynamic HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
2. HR Data & Insights – Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency
3. HR Administration – Assist in managing core HR administrative processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous optimization
4. Policy Development – Contribute to the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices
5. Supplier & Vendor Relations – Help manage relationships with external HR service providers, supporting contract oversight and service quality monitoring
