Responsibilities
* Support the logistics team in all studio‑related operations and workflows
* Plan, create, and manage detailed production lists for daily e‑com shoots
* Coordinate and organise pre‑shoot activities with internal teams and external brand partners
* Ensure timely movement, preparation, and availability of products for studio use
* Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
* Collaborate closely with production, styling, and creative teams to ensure seamless shoot execution
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior logistics or operations role, ideally within a studio, retail, or production environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
* English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory
