Lynxeo Automation cables serve clients in all leading businesses, from robotics, to healthcare, decarbonized mobility, and sustainable energy generation. /ppAt Lynxeo, Automation Business Unit is the main contributor to our future growth, over Western Europe, North Asia, and the United States. /ppOur Manufacturing Plant located in Pioltello (Milan – Italy) is the European leader in the production of cables dedicated to Automation. Pioltello site spearheads the transformation of Automation Business Unit. /ppbPurpose /b /ppThe Automation BU and Site HR Manager is responsible for deploying and coordinating Automation and Site HR roadmap (Social transformation, employee engagement, skills management, recruitment, training,…), Group policies and programs (Compensation Benefits, Talent, diversity, Engagement programs, …), in line with Lynxeo HR and business strategy. He / she advises and supports managers on all people related matters. He / she supports the BU and Plant Managers in bringing his / her expertise, co-leads the change. /ppAreas of responsibility /ppbBusiness and HR transformation : /b /pulliContributes to business strategy (strategic plan, SWOT…). /liliTranslates and coordinates 3-5 years Site and BU HR vision. /liliDevelops, coordinates, implements and ensures annual Site and BU HR roadmap. /liliCommunicates and leads the change management’s actions to support the Site and BU Visions. /liliFollows the HR KPI (Absenteeism, Overtime, Total Cost of Employment….) and ensure the right level of performance. /liliCoordinates people matters during business transformation (financial, organizational, social and legal, people impact analysis), defines actions plan and acts as a facilitator (communication…). /li /ulpbStaffing Succession Planning /b /pliAnticipates and launches the required Staffing /liliImplements a continuous workforce planning /liliLeads the annual succession planning process and considers, prepares the internal pool. Builds development plans to strengthen the readiness of identified short or long term successors. /liliCoordinates validation of open position requests. /liliLeads the interview process, supports site managers in the final selection. /liliNegotiates pay packages with candidates. /liliPrepares and deploys the induction program /lipbTraining, Performance Remuneration and Reward /b /pliSupports and drives processes regarding leadership / career management / knowledge management and learning and development. /liliManages the competencies / skills gap analysis for the site and leads the corrective actions. /liliAccording the BG / BU Strategy the Site Vision, defines the guidelines for learning development actions (coaching, mentoring, training, e-learning...). /liliSupports sites managers in the performance process, ensures that all employees have a performance review and an appropriate development plan (in line with the gap analysis and business requirements). Follows their realization. /liliEnsures positions are regularly graded in line with the Group’s methodology. /liliImplements the annual salary review process for the plant working with the plant manager, ensures the process and outcome is clearly communicated in line with local rules and policy /lipbWork environment, social relations employment engagement /b /pliFollows the Health Safety results with the HSE Manager and ensures the deployment of the right actions to improve it. /liliContributes with local management to labor relations approach. /liliEnsures the compliance the social and legal rules. /liliIs responsible for individual and collective bargaining. /liliIs responsible for labor agreements negotiation, their communication and deployment. /liliPerforms complaint, discipline and conflict management. /liliActs as a relay and is responsible for internal communication with employees (Vision, Business events, Group programs initiatives,…). /liliDeploys the employee survey, analyses the results with the management committee, communicates the results and define the actions plan for the site. /lipbPosition /b /pliHeadcount of the site : 200, headcount of the Business Unit : circa 450. /liliDirect reports : 1 /liliReports to the Automation BU Manager, and functionally to Lynxeo CHRO. /lipbRequired skills and qualifications /b /pliMinimum 7+ years experience as HR Specialist / Manager in an industrial site /liliFluent in English (mandatory) as they will belong to a BU HR community + local language /liliStrong leadership and people management /liliStrong social relations skills /liliBusiness oriented /liliNegotiation and influencing skills /liliCoaching skills /liliAbility to assess / develop people /liliResilience and ability to adapt and cope with change /liliAbility to work with multiple people / projects concurrently /liliGood listener, analytical mindset to translate a need into a solution /liliThe position is both local (Pioltello site) and Global (Automation Business Unit) /liliThere is no direct reporting line between this position, and the HR Managers of the other Automation locations (Nuremberg, Suzhou, Providence) as Plant HR Managers are attached to a Country organization, respectively Germany, China, and the United States. /liliA strong ability to influence is required, to ensure the Automation BU HR actions are consistent and coherent. /liliThe ability to understand the Automation Business, from a technical and financial standpoint, will allow candidate to gain influence and guide the efforts of his / her HR peers. /lipAt Lynxeo, we're ready to electrify industry.
