We are looking for a Product Owner to join us at a pivotal point in the product's life: moving from a live pilot with a small group of residents and staff to a commercial product ready for multiple sites and B2B customers. This role has been created to support our Head of Product & Technology during a planned period of maternity leave.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, can balance competing priorities, and is comfortable working in a collaborative environment where product, design, technology, and commercial considerations are closely connected. Translate business and user needs into actionable requirements, collaborating with the Tech Lead and Product Designer on UX and technical feasibility Coordinate release planning and communicate upcoming releases to stakeholders Support the team's Kanban workflow, helping identify blockers and maintain delivery momentum Manage expectations across technology, design, and leadership - providing clear visibility into priorities, risks, and trade-offs Commercial Launch Support Support the transition from pilot to commercial rollout through our first B2B partnership Help identify and prioritise product adaptations required for external customer environments, in collaboration with the Product Designer on UX and user needs Contribute to customer conversations and discovery activities, working alongside the Product Designer where research and UX insight overlap Work alongside the leadership team to ensure product delivery remains aligned with commercial launch milestones Track progress against launch objectives and surface risks early 3-5 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within a small or growing organisation ~ Professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) Familiarity with senior living, eldercare, or wellbeing-related products Experience supporting a product through a commercial launch or scale-up phase A fixed-term role with real ownership and visible impact Fully remote working with quarterly visits to our Siena property in Tuscany The opportunity to work closely with experienced product, technology, and leadership stakeholders Exposure to a commercial product launch at an exciting stage of growth
