Ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES TASKS /h3 pAs a supply chain Logistics teamleader, you collect daily requests from the sales support, Logistics management and has a liaison function with the counterpart in Celano (Covalpa site) for handling various issues (carrier timing, order loading / evasion problems, inventory problems) and in Belgium. /p h3PROCUREMENT PLANNING /h3 pAnalyzes final data from the previous year and estimates the volumes needed to open commodity contracts with d'Arta and other suppliers. /p pPlans the purchase of goods as per stipulated contracts, defines their arrival schedule, and shares information with supplier’s logistics. /p pKeeps records of contract status through trackers to be requested monthly from supplier’s backoffice (mainly Darta). /p pEnters supplier orders and schedules their fulfillment and transportation, in collaboration with Logistics. /p pMonthly, with 6 weeks' notice of first requested fulfillment date, analyzes volumes and prepares Forecast Purchases for supplier, verifying inventories and possible needs on all interested warehouses, and coordinating purchases with possible promotional sales agreed upon. /p pScouting activities for new suppliers to work alongside existing partners. /p pIf there are delays on the arrival of goods for purchase, informs the following of the problem and its timing: management, sales support, salespeople. /p pIn collaboration with Packaging Dept. and Logistics Dept., he / she updates goods arrival file for Celano (Covalpa). /p h3ERP /h3 pValues weekly offsets (closing outstanding customer orders) and communicates the amount to the functions involved. /p pCreates and manages price lists for purchase prices from suppliers. /p pIn collaboration with Backoffice, he / she supports logistics / budget management / inventory / warehouses / missing products / etc. /p h3COST CONTROL /h3 pVerifies external storage costs based on existing contracts; confirms costs of storage and transportation invoices, calculating variable costs attributable to energy components. /p pVerifies, together with procurement department, any discrepancies in invoiced purchase prices. /p pEvaluates and reviews with Division Manager requests for rate increases and storage / transportation price lists. /p h3BUDGET /h3 pParticipates fortnightly in Darta- Darta Italia -Covalpa budget meeting. /p pUpdates the budget - inventory file quarterly and forwards it to the appropriate functions. /p pChecks commercial budget updates (customer acquisition or loss) and reports to Plant Management to plan agronomic and production scheduling. /p h3LOGISTICS /h3 pFramework contracts with carriers and coldstores. /p pbYearly evaluations of logistic partners /b /p pReplaces when someone is absent from the logistics department; works with her for any emergencies or needs. /p h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 pYou hold a bachelor / master's degree and already have some experience in the logistics department in a production environment. /p pbYou have knowledge of external storage /b /p pLimited travelling: Some visits to the Celano factory and other factories in the group will be necessary, depending on the company's needs. /p pYou have a good knowledge of English. /p pYou have mastery of SAP management software. /p pYou can work independently. /p pYou are flexible. /p h3OUR OFFER /h3 pA challenging position within the DARTA group, where you have the opportunity to further expand your broad knowledge of the logistics aspects.
