The key role is analysis of project specifications, sizing, choice of engineering materials and components, drafting of drawings, layouts, designs and bill of materials. This role requires hands-on leadership at customer sites during installation, start-up phase of new equipment and troubleshooting as customer service.A key focus will be constant interface with different functions but not limited to Customers, TechnicalSales, project management, mechanical engineers, purchasing office, warehouse, production, andinstallation.Responsibilities:Developing and proposing design solutions in relation to customer product specifications. Goals are to optimize design time, cost, and overall budget.Supervise, coach and lead activities of design engineers, technicians and collaborate in the planning of their activities.Preparation of project documentation viz. assembly drawing, part drawings, bills of materials.Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the Designs.Overseeing and supporting the assembly team, when required, in the development and manufacturing of prototypes and equipment for assembly and testing.Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.Preparing technical reports, design specification documents, and operation manuals.Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices in software and automation solutions.To provide pre- and post-sales support to T
