About the role The selected candidate will support the Logistics Manager in coordinating international shipments and related documentation. This is a
fully remote position, ideal for a junior profile who wants to grow in international logistics within a dynamic trading company.
Key Responsibilities Support international logistics operations (import/export) Monitor shipments (sea, road, air) and delivery timelines Assist with shipping documentation and record keeping Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers and partners Update internal systems and manage logistics documentation Support daily coordination with logistics and sales teams Requirements Ability to
work remotely
with good organization and reliability Italian and English : good written and spoken knowledge Good knowledge of
Apple environment and Microsoft 365
(Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) Initial experience (1–3 years) in international logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or supply chain Attention to detail, willingness to learn xpavfwm and team-oriented mindset Nice to have Education in logistics, supply chain or international trade Basic knowledge of transport documents (BL, CMR, packing list, invoice) Experience in an international or multicultural environment What we offer Full remote work International exposure and hands-on experience Growth opportunity within the logistics function Direct collaboration with management
