MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the the Acqua di Parma Fidenza Boutique within Fidenza Village, as Sales Assistant the key responsibilities are:
- Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
- Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
- Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
- Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
- Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
- Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
- Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
- Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
- Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience xlwpduy in the luxury industry and outlet channel with a customer-oriented are a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
