The Warehouse Administrator supports daily warehouse operations by managing administrative and documentation activities related to inventory, inbound and outbound shipments, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update warehouse documentation (orders, delivery notes, shipping paperwork)
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate system records
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and transport teams
Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks
Prepare reports on stock movements, productivity, and KPIs
Act as an operational interface between warehouse, customer service, and clients
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
