For our pharma client in Milan we are looking for a Content Delivery Associate (Digital Project Manager) as a freelancer.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with local brand leadership to drive adoption of services;
ensure content delivery
- Triage new requests and assign to resources
- Ensure quality, timelines, and feedback loops with market
- Work with various stakeholders like content team, brand teams, omnichannel teams
- Coordinate complex projects as project manager;
liaison to offshore teams
- Implement change management and communications
- Prioritize work and set delivery plans considering capacity
- Use reporting/utilization metrics to measure adoption and drive improvements
Qualification:
- Excellent knowledge of the pharma regulation applying to the content
- Track record of successfull program/project management (risk, planning)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of content management workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration and follow-through
- Supplier/financial accountability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Business English and Italian
