The role oversees the entire quotation process, ensuring the completeness, consistency and industrial feasibility of the proposed solutions, from the early quoting phase through to the release of the final production configuration, followed by the effective and sustainable execution of the material purchasing process. /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the role /strong /ppThe candidate is responsible for coordinating information gathering activities, preliminary product configuration and definition of the economic model of the offer, interfacing with Key Account Management, Sales, Project Management, Engineering and RD. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliCoordination and validation of all technical and commercial information required for the development of strategic quotations. /liliTechnical guidance and support to Sales and Project Management during the customer requirements definition phase. /liliDirect management of material quoting and costing for strategic opportunities, coordinating the dedicated team. /liliInterface with local and global suppliers to define material costs, supply conditions, sourcing risks and alternative scenarios. /liliCoordination of preliminary product configuration activities, definition of production routings, industrial costs and NRE, carried out by the dedicated technical teams. /liliAbility to directly intervene in product configuration, production routings and NRE activities in case of critical issues or incomplete information. /liliEnsure information continuity from quotation through to the release of the final production configuration, guaranteeing no gaps that could impact the start of material purchasing activities. /liliUse of company ERP systems for the economic analysis of quotations and for traceability of cost assumptions. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongRequirements /strong /ppHard Skills /pulliSolid experience in material and industrial costing. /liliKnowledge of product configuration logic, BOM structures and production routings. /liliUnderstanding of the main electronic and electromechanical manufacturing processes. /liliExcellent command of the English language. /liliAdvanced use of Excel and ERP/management systems (INFOR LN is a plus). /li /ulpbr/ppSoft Skills /pulliLeadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, even without direct reporting lines. /liliStructured, results-oriented approach with strong risk management capabilities. /liliTechnical authority and decision-making ability in complex environments. /liliHigh operational flexibility and willingness to travel. /li /ulpbr/p pstrongThe role involves: /strong /pulliEnd-to-end responsibility for strategic quotations. /liliCoordination of direct and indirect resources (Quoting, Engineering, Procurement, Operations). /liliFrequent interaction with customers, suppliers and senior management within the Elemaster Group. /liliParticipation in meetings and business trips, including international travel. /li /ulpbr/p pReports to: Head of Global Commodity Management /p
