Responsibilities :
Carry out flight and simulator instruction in various training courses, including relevant briefing and debriefing (lasting approximately 1 hour before and after each flight event) on aircraft types such as E, S, SP, LUH, NEXUS, TREKKER, AW119, AW139, AW169, AW189, and AW101. Participate in other training activities required by the customer, including training material development, assessments, modifications, and marketing campaigns. On-call collaboration is required.

Requirements :
* Minimum of 1000 Rotary Hours in an operational environment such as Search and Rescue (SAR) and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS).
* No less than 800 hours in the HEMS Medical Passenger role.
* AW139, AW169, AW189, or AW101 Type experience in a similar role.
* Minimum of 200 Rotary Hours as a HEMS Medical Passenger Instructor.
* At least 100 hours of night operations in a similar role.
* A recognized HEMS Medical Passenger training qualification from an appropriate commercial operator or previous military service.
* Experience in mountain helicopter rescue and offshore operations is desirable.
* Familiarity with rescue and personal protective equipment management.
* Current Crew Resources Management qualification.
* Current HUET / STASS qualification.
* Current EASA Class II medical certificate.
* Professional advanced English working proficiency (B2).
* Good command of Italian language is desirable for approximately 50% of the personnel.
