The HR Department of APMT Italy seeks a new HR Payroll Specialist to support T&A activities at Vado Ligure Gateway. This role operates in a fast-paced, international environment and reports to the Payroll Team Manager - Europe. Main activities Manage pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, and off-cycle payment processes Extract T&A data and provide it to the payroll provider Validate payroll results and approve final pay credits based on control reports Perform annual payroll reconciliation and prepare for new payroll year Ensure timely social insurance and tax payments and reporting Track vendor deliverables related to payroll Identify, report, and mitigate risks in payroll delivery Requirements Strong interest in T&A and payroll processes. Experience with payroll in Italy. Experience managing external payroll vendors. Native Italian speaker with good command of English (both written and verbal).
