The selected individual will support the Shopping Center Manager and C&W; central departments in ensuring tenant satisfaction, enhancing overall performance, and increasing specialty leasing income.\nJob Description\nThe tenant relations & specialty leasing manager will participate in drawing an annual action plan based on goals agreed with the Property and Asset Manager and will be responsible for its execution and results. Candidates will be valued based on background and experience (ideally gained in shopping centres or the retail industry), commercial attitude, motivation and social skills. Place of work: Rome.\nDuties And Responsibilities Drawing an annual action plan based on mid–long term business goals and strategies;\nEstablishing and maintaining positive relations with existing tenants, listening to their needs, addressing their expectations, and delivering solutions that are sustainable for them as well as for the shopping centre and all its stakeholders;\nDeveloping procedures and reporting tools to keep track of results, gross sales and KPIs;\nEngaging and motivating tenants by creating a community; sharing updates on the shopping centre’s communication and marketing activities, market developments and opportunities;\nProactively detecting risks and opportunities to improve the tenant mix, also working in collaboration with the central leasing department;\nWhen required, advising tenants with relevant solutions conceived to improve attractiveness, visuals, promotions;\nMonitoring tenant compliance with centre regulations to prevent reputational/legal issues;\nMonitoring market trends, including competitors’ activities, potential threats and opportunities;\nSupporting the central specialty leasing team in scouting prospect clients and new contracts;\nDeveloping commercial and informative materials to promote the shopping centre as a venue/location for national and local brands;\nProactively pursuing opportunities to optimise space utilisation, rental income and alternative revenues;\nManaging site inspections with clients and suppliers;\nMaximising synergies with different departments, external entities and brands to develop partnership opportunities, joint promotions and sponsorships;\nScouting and negotiating high‑value short‑term leasing agreements with tenants, event organisers and investors;\nMonitoring retail leasing performance and KPIs;\nExecuting temporary leasing business plans to increase occupancy and revenue to the centre’s agevolazioni. Profile Degree in retail, business administration, economics, law or any similar relevant degree;\n5–10 years’ experience in tenant relations, specialty leasing or retail management, preferably gained within shopping centres, outlets or retail companies;\nAbility to translate business goals into actions and solutions;\nCommercial, result‑oriented attitude;\nStrong relational, communication, and organisational skills;\nAbility to create trustful relationships, to work in a dynamic international environment, to lead change and swiftly adapt to a changing market scenario;\nGood written and spoken English;\nFlexibility, problem‑solving, out‑of‑the‑box thinking, with a penchant for innovation and new technologies.
