Job Summary :
Reporting to the HR Country Leader the Senior HR Operations Administrator will manage HR Operations processes for all Italian plants including multiple legal entities. He / she will provide local partnership and advice to local people managers and employees on Payroll Time & Attendance Data Management Employee Life Cycle documentation processes working in close collaboration with the other HR team members. The role will be based in Parma plant with business travel as required to the other Italian sites and will supervise 4 resources.
General Responsibilities :
Delivery of the HR Operational services to the different Italian plants ensuring positive customer experience risk mitigation and process excellence.
* Be the first point of contact for internal customers by enhancing the use of employee HR tools and platforms as well as granting successful onboarding experience.
* Supervise all aspects of Personnel administration in coordination with external labor consultants
* Ensuring employment contracts and employee life cycle documentation compliance
* Lead monthly payroll / T&A cycles for all legal entities supervising and guiding the local HR team members
* On occasion of Mergers & Acquisitions lead the migration to current company providers for payroll and Time & Attendance and guide harmonization of processes and policies as required
* Assuring the completeness accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files
* Ensure Personnel data maintenance in Success Factors
* Management of HR Operations suppliers
* Develop and maintain local HR policies and local company rules.
* Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with statutory / government regulations
* Support annual compensation review cycles
Workplace : Parma. Travel required to other company sites in northern Italy.
Education :
* Degree in human resources legal economics or equivalent experience.
Experience :
* 3 to 8 years progressive HR Operations experience
* Working knowledge and application of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreement.
* Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in working in multiple legal entity environments with multiple Union agreements in place
* Experience in training / change management on new HR tools and local deployment of corporate tools
