It also contributes to the development of the HR function by supporting international projects and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic, growing organization.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Manage the full employee life cycle (hiring, contract management, changes, terminations) across several European countries
Review and validate payroll flows handled by external providers such as ADP, including inputs, outputs, and compliance documentation
Track attendance, absences, leave, and documentation related to sickness, maternity, holidays, and workplace accidents
Serve as the primary point of contact for European employees on HR administration and payroll matters
Oversee Time & Attendance systems and ensure proper integration with payroll processes
Provide reporting, analysis, and KPIs to support HR Business Partners and local teams.
Requirements
Must have
At least 5 years of solid experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally in a coordinating or multi-country role.
Strong knowledge of labor regulations, especially Italian labor law (experience with the CCNL Commercio is highly valued).
Familiarity with international payroll providers (e.g., ADP)
Proficiency with HRIS and data management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Workforce Software)
High accuracy, organizational skills, discretion, and strong decision-making abilities.
