The Job:
Team member of the client's Robot Product Support Group in Arese (Milan), Italy - Robot Application Engineer
This support consists of:
* mainly product support of the client's software tools for robot simulation, robot programming, vision system, line tracking, image processing
* understanding the customer requirements and applying suitable Fanuc solution by phone, mail or in-practice
* support Sales team during pre and post sales activity
* daily communication with headquarter colleagues
* application and software tests in our facility and at customer site
* actively keeps Training Course and workshop sessions
* providing products practical explanations during exhibitions
Travel up to 50% of professional time to provide mainly Italy- wide support
