**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
- Helping in driving the Aesthetic Direction of General & brand driven direction through research, design and use of color.
- Supporting designers & product development with color/material declination in order to create specific solution for our category.
- Working collaboratively with the eyeware designer team to execute color deliverables based on key categories and other specific market driven asks.
- Assisting with the presentation of color trend and palette at concept debut.
- Taking the responsibility to stay current in the eyeware market, different category trends, and product design innovations.
- Creating original vector-based print/pattern finishes and working with product line managers to develop new solutions for our future and upcoming collections.
- Maintaining calendar/timelines/deadlines that result in a timely completion of each product and/or collection.
- Building your knowledge in color to partner with Development to translate color concepts into product.
The main material focus will be Metal & injection.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:
- 1-3 years on design products/fashion/CMF studio
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Fashion/Engineering
- Photoshop & Indesign
- MS Office
- 3D (Rhinoceros, Autodesk, Keyshot)
- Aesthetic presentation skills
- Understanding of color composition and theory for materials.
- Surface and print/pattern design experience is a plus
- Knowledge of color processing, from RGB to CMYK to L.A.B. digital color.
