Once the warehouse is running, the role ensures the effective and safe management of all warehouse operations, the performance of the automation systems, and the development and coordination of the warehouse team. /p h3A day in the life of an Automated Warehouse Manager /h3 h3Automated Warehouse Start Up (Start Up Ownership) /h3 ul liLead and coordinate all activities related to the start‑up of the new automated warehouse. /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Automation, IT and external vendors during layout definition and process design. /li liIdentify early‑stage issues and coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvements with technical teams. /li /ul h3Operational Management /h3 ul liEnsure correct and efficient handling, storage, picking and shipping of finished goods. /li liCoordinate material flows in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and traceability. /li /ul h3People Management /h3 ul liLead, coach and develop the warehouse team. /li liOrganize shift coverage, task allocation and skills development plans. /li liProvide training for the team before and after the start‑up phase. /li /ul h3Safety Quality /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with Nestlé SHE standards and Quality procedures. /li liPromote safety culture and proactive reporting of unsafe conditions or near misses. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liMonitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service level. /li liCollaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering and MRP teams to optimise end‑to‑end flows. /li liDrive initiatives related to digitalisation, automation and process simplification. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liExperience in the start‑up or management of automated warehouses. /li liProject management experience in industrial start‑up environments (strong plus). /li liLeadership of operational teams working on shifts. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
