Our client is a leading multinational group in loading and unloading hydraulic solutions. For the Italian plant we are looking the**:PRODUCTION MANAGER**
**Posizione**:
Manages and supervises the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations. Observes safety at work, quality requirements, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity targets. Conducts professional and disciplinary guidance of the entire production team (including assembly and warehouse). Supervises and manages all production operations observing economic and technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, supervises and controls the entire production process (including assembly and warehouse);
- Proactively adapts staff and production planning to fluctuations in capacity load;
- Provides a safe work environment and implements and observes work safety and accident control instructions observing the 5S methodology;
- Implements and observes the plant's quality standard/ certificate instructions;
- Supervises the observation of environmental legislation and manages hazardous waste disposal;
- Ensures that production machines and facilities perform safely;
- Supervises maintenance and repair as appropriate;
- Plans, supervises and controls the operations of temporary workers, observing production fluctuations, cost efficiency and productivity;
- Implements measures to continuously improve quality and productivity and reduce/ minimize scrap in close coordination with adjoining departments;
- Creates reports and calculates production KPIs;
- Supervises maintenance work.
**Requisiti**:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors level degree in Engineering or another related field.
- progressive leadership experience in manufacturing positions.
- Ability to provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Demonstrated strong team building and advanced coaching skills.
- Fluent in English
