Pre Sales Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving innovative technical engagement with partners and prospects in conjunction with the sales team.

* You will demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
* You will support pre-sales activities in assigned markets.
* You will build technical relationships with channel partners, their customers and eco-system partners.
* You will deliver technical and sales presentations to channel partner's sales teams heavily focused on the technical roles and directly to end users.
* You will successfully build relationships with account teams, partners and customers.
* You will lead technical sales calls and educate others.
* You will qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements and competition.
* You will support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups etc.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Pre Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering and exceeding revenue goals by driving innovative technical engagement with partners and prospects.
* Supporting pre-sales activities in assigned markets.
* Buidling technical relationships with channel partners, their customers and eco-system partners.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Hands-on experience with Veeam Data Platform and datacentre experience.
* A driven and highly energetic approach with a strong hands-on attitude.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple calls and demos per day.
* A high level of business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel.
* The ability to quickly learn new technologies and educate others.
* The willingness to travel for regional events and customer meetings (50% travel).
