Job Overview
The role of the Aero Alliance Shop Operations Supervisor is to oversee daily operations at plants, ensuring reliability and consistency on the production line. This includes service shops. The supervisor is accountable for the quality of their work and follows direct operations supervision, prescribed work instructions, and systems checking.
This position involves managing front-line manufacturing employees, typically hourly employee populations. The supervisor develops conceptual knowledge of professional discipline and applies general knowledge of business through education or past experience. They understand how their team's work contributes to the area.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues using established procedures and consulting supervisors or senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions or parameters. You will also collaborate with others to solve issues and develop strong customer relationships as needed.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum experience in managing complex environments.
