As General Manager, you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork. You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Mama must be in good hands with you. You will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well. While maintaining high standards in our rooms and services, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control. Behind the scenes, you analyse sales figures and control expenses. You manage and forecast budgets, as well as financial plans. In order to achieve these objectives, you collaborate with headquarters especially on reporting results, as well as e‑marketing and media campaigns. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have an ability to adapt to all challenges, remaining calm in an offbeat environment with a large customer flow. /li liYou have had a similar experience with team management of at least 100 people. /li liYou know how to identify talents and develop them; red chair and buzzer: it’s your turn! /li liYou are flexible in your schedule.
